Subject: More government interference/regualtions is never an answer

Monticello IL
Government employement has greatly increased over the last 50 years and that is going to have to go the other direction. States like IL not that long ago could not afford diesel to mow road sides, but the employees were sitting in the shops collecting their wages. (doing nothing)

Farming isn't a job it is a way of life and no one will feel worse then those on that family farm if there is an accident. I plan on taking my kids with me on the farm, but it will be in a safe way. I remember has a kid going with Grandpa and doing things that looking back now was just crazy. I don't think kids should have to wear a helmet to ride a bicycle, but they shouldn't be hanging onto the topside of tractor fenders.

They showed John's shop on the show this morning. In true typical farm shop fashion the ones that need a shop the least of the biggest shops and those that need one the most are outside in the gravel replacing a tractor motor.
