| The problem is that they would pass the regulations and then not hire anyone to make sure that all the farmers were up to snuff on OSHA regulations. The problem is when there is a death or serious accident, the feds or state OSHA would come out and say you did wrong and fine you. OR your insurance companies would come out and say you get things up to snuff or your insurance premiums will go up.
The are not enough feds and/or state people to keep up with the inspections that are required now. This gives the insurance companies the right to come out and tell you how it should be.
