All of us should want no more OSHA control and looking over our shoulder but to accomplish that we have to at least follow the idea presented in the signature below.
If you don’t discipline yourself someone else will discipline you.
So ask yourself, who do I want doing that and who can do a better job of it?
I’ve personally found that I can do that best for myself IF I’ll just do it.
