So the employee gets doused with chemical-not wearing any  protective gear...Was instructed by his boss, Mr. farmer to always wear the gear...BUt when boss not looking, don't suit up..... OSHA shows up, guess what===farmer in big trouble for allowing employee to not wear the gear.....Who pays the fine????   .Won't happen???  bull, stuff like this happens quite often already... Just another opportunity for more of the same BS...
