“These are the times that try men's souls.” | Gramps started taking me to the big city to get a hair cut when I was a young guy. I learned early in life to tip the cute gal cutting my hair. Mom took me one time, she happened to walk in and see how that gal was cutting my hair. Lets just say she knew how to get good tips.LOL Mom, said I wasn't allowed to go in there again! Said I will have a talk with gramps! I kept that practice of tipping up in high school & college. Sure got me some "good" hair cuts. Fast forward to the last 15 years, I lost most of my hair! Do you think it's payback for not listening to mom? LOL Wife cuts it now, she asks are you going to tip me? I told her she still is in training! Can't tip till she is fully licensed to do hair! |
