West Texas | Surely you are not advocating the denial of opportunity to a segment of sociaty. There are many factors in the success or failure of students in school today. If you try to sort those factors out and then teach the students accordingly, (as I think you should) then the ACLU will have a field day. You would be guilty of discrimination, racism and no telling what else. Today, classroom instruction, can go no faster than the least able can proceed, much like the weakest link in a chain determining the maximum load that can be lifted. | |
