| Just a thought, could you talk a couple of your landlords into selling their ground and then having them buy land near where you relocate to? Chances are they would get a better cash return in the end. Just a thought. Occasionally 2-3000 acre farms come up for sale. Sometimes with existing farmsteads on them, but you could also start from scratch and build what you wanted. Owning 1300 acres debt free produces real good cash flow with rents in the $2-300 range.
I can understand you not getting a real warm reception. Not saying its right, but understand that it might happen.
