| They are trying to get it now so we cant apply manure ahead of double corp beans. You have opened a real can of worms with this question. From what we can tell, Maryland doesnt want any animal agriculture at all. And they are going to slowly starve the crop production into oblivion. Animals are the biggest source of water polution in Maryland, but Im talking about the 2 legged ones that roam the city streets. I dont really see how they can come up with many more regulations, people are getting totally fed up with the insane BS.
