Subject: To all who deal with true Coops

Central Il Morton
Talk to your local director about your concerns and the management decisions that have an impact on your operations.

Believe me the last 2 years have been a trying time and a lot of decisions had to be made that didn't set well with a lot of people but were made with the long term profitability of YOUR CooP. It is really hard to keep from making "Knee Jerk" decisions that have little chance of paying off long term.

If you feel no body is listing to you or giving a good explanation to your concerns get nominated and run for the board. Don't do it in a vindictive/trouble making attitude but in a constructive one. It is amazing what you will learn when YOU have to make the hard decisions.

Good luck
