West-Central Missouri | I am not real familiar with planting wheat in NW USA so I am making any suggestions on what will/will not work, but one question I had is does wheat planted in that muddy of soil need a fungicide coating like soybeans. I am asking because I planted soybeans in what would appear to be similiar conditions in the picture, near saturated clay loam with thick residue,rootballs . That was this spring and I lost stand , yeild due to disease during germination. Just a question. | |
