Rural Valley pa
Don do you have a problem with the ground drying in your area hair pining will be at its best in wet conditions. Here when I think its time its best to wait a day or two to start. Maybe you need some of these big Pa night crawlers to eat some of that residue. lol I should throw this in also from my experience no tilling with a drill in killed sod is one of the most trickiest. Some years its ok other years still ok always wetter and the ground is still matted together from all the grass roots. always allot better behind corn or soybeans or anything for that fact that can give the grass roots time to break down and loosens the soil back up.
