Subject: Re: Wood Ash as Liming Source

quite a bit of research has been done in N. America on wood ash as a liming material and nutrient source.

As with other by product materials, a chemical analysis should be the basis for determining application rates but physical characteristics often determine the feasibility of application using standard equipment.
