You are asking the impossible to answer question, Brian!! As mentioned, you will overload your trailer with that much weight…… then …you can not buy a decent truck to pull it anyway at that budget. My suggestion is to use the 1000 gallon tank you have and the pickup I assume you are using…. and refill after each load . No point in a big tank settling at the field waiting with a driver. He might as well fill applicator, then return to base and refill while you are running off your load. Way less weight to pull around….and more efficient in my opinion .
You will not buy a good tandem anyways close to that figure either.
Having a tender behind would not be handy ….. better not tie the two together….or I wouldn’t like it at least.
