Amherst WI | The bigger the company is the longer HR will take to get back to them. Most people on this site would be flabbergasted if they knew how inefficient corporate culture is. I've worked in it and am amazed at the profitability they had while at least 2/3 of the managers were not needed. Most of these managers just prevented things from being done in a timely manner, part of that is so they show how they are "needed".
A friend of mine says this is a side effect from artificially low interest rates. He might be right, and judging by the issues some companies are having there is a correction to this coming. As Coup would say, fat will be trimmed. | |
