He's in the Bible..........you know. Nevermind.......You probably didn't.

I’m sorry but where did this conversation turn that lead you to believe a discussion of religion was appropriate? Additionally, what authority do you have to question another’s belief?

The point of this thread is to highlight the scam of carbon pipelines and the corruption of those who claim to be on the side of free markets and property rights.

Brian - Tmrand (way far above in this thread) hit on a point many Christians struggle with…. That is man’s ability to pursue “things” and make them “gods” while ignoring God, his commandments, and his son Jesus’s payment in full for our sins…..as long as you have Jesus in your heart!

Christians are no more perfect than non-believer. I have no insight into the hearts of Bruce Rastetter and Jeff Broin and the balance of their faith within their soul. Same for Biden and Trump. All we can do is evaluate their actions (and the sum of their actions) within the framework of our own faith and say whether we are okay or not okay with the direction each is trending - knowing that people can change if their heart is open.

Rastetter and Broin, with their continuinued pursuit of eminent domain for their own/their shareholders money returns (god of money and power) at the expense of their “neighbors” because “if they don’t exploit a ‘sequestration’ loophole, then someone else will”, doesn’t appear very Christian-like. Frankly, many of us Right-side Christians didnt agree 1 bit with the “earth god” govt folks that concocted the sequestration financial “rewards” to bury CO2 in a hole in the ground to begin with because that doesn’t pass 1st grade common sense……. So we really don’t appreciate being run over and watching other “neighbors” be run over using eminent domain for personal gain because that isn’t “treat your neighbor like yourself”.

So long and short, I would be extremely careful lumping all right side Christians in the camp of Summit and this absolute evil nonsense. That is where this back-and-forth went off the rails.
