Simply go to your corn buyer and request the one page form. Must be done with in 30 days of the sale. Then mail in with proof of the sale and corn board will send you a check. Just sent another in last week.
Yes that can be done but a call to the promotion board office and letting them know their support of this nonsense is the reason for your request will be more impactful.
