I use something called Heel Rescue. Best thing I've ever found for feet. Best thing is, it's odorless. I use it on my fingertips and even a little dab on my lips.
When I was milking cows, the only thing that worked on my fingers was Neutrogena Norwegian Formula, but this stuff is just as good, and cheaper
