Pittsburg, Kansas | Change of diet and lowering my blood sugar did for me. Cracking stopped.
Knee pain stopped. Lower back pain stopped.
Low carbohydrate diet under 20 grams carbs per day did it for me. Did have to stop a bunch of blood pressure and diabetic medication though including insulin shots. So a person has to use thought and guidance in some situations going that route.
