I’d have to agree with you. $250+ an acre to manage and custom farm a farm is pretty darn good. Coup had proposed a similar idea at one time and got laughed at. As a percentage of your acres (let’s say 25-33%), it’s probably not a bad deal to have some of this as a secure income stream. Especially if it’s good running.
