| Agreed, the lawyer also said that he had a local farmer stop by and offer $18K per acre for the three fields. Lawyer said it was a good offer if I was interested in selling, he said he would handle the transaction for $5,000 if I was interested. I told the lawyer I am not interested in selling the land, I plan on using the stream of income to donate to a several charities and fund my two kids college. I really feel the lawyer is a solid person. | |
