Subject: RE: Residential electrical issue

Floyd County, Iowa
I'd start at the house main. Turn the main off and check. If you don't have electricity in the lp line, flip all the breakers off and turn the main on. If you still have nothing, start turning the breakers on one at a time, checking the lp line with every breaker, until the lp line is electrified.
You don't have any ground wires in the basement/house tied to a copper water line, do you? Not sure what the age of your house or electric system is, but that was common practice years ago. We had an issue due to that back in 1982. Kitchen sink was electrified.
