| When your range is unplugged from the wall is the chassis still electrified? If so I would say you indeed have an electrified LP line. If the range chassis is only electrified when it is plugged in I would say something in the range has shorted out and needs to be repaired/replaced. With your digital meter selected to AC volts you should see basically 0 volts from your LP line to a known good ground like the ground buss bar in your breaker box. | |
