Twin Pines,you are correct.It only stands to common sense.Eventually the use of a certain % of farmland to other uses will eventually inhibit over supply for the farmers that are left.When this price change happens may take a long time though.I seem to think that many are upset that it actually now is driving up the cost of land rent locally.In the areas where there are many it is also not so rural looking anymore.
