Ohio | A good friend works for Home Depot warehouse. The incentives they do to get people to show up every week is crazy. And your number is about right for them too, 50% don’t get the bonus. The workforce today is different than 30 years ago and companies are trying to adjust. Some are late to the ball game. People don’t live and breathe their jobs anymore like they used to. People are wanting paid more so they can be home more. The older generation never even used much of their vacation days. They new generation seems to want as much as they can get. And I’m not saying there is anything wrong with that. People need a life outside of work. | |
