My nephew is fairly high up in a big window mfg, he was telling us over Thanksgiving that the company offers a $3.00 per hour  "bonus" if the workers arrive on time, and put in an 8 hour shift everyday for 2 weeks.  Boom, base pay goes from $20-25 per hour to $23-28. He says less than 1/2 the employees get the bonus. 
  Then the big problem is once they miss it, many won't show up again for several days.
Unbelievable what we are seeing in the work force.
