The incentive when I entered the work force of "Work or get fired" doesn't apply to this generation....
The laziest people you’ll find on a job site today are normally around 50 years old.
You’re off by 15-20 years it’s the 30 something crowd. They really don’t give a sh!t. Calling someone a millennial in my plant is an insult. One guy in the plant that’s an all around good egg will raise his voice and argue with lumping him in that group.
