Subject: RE: Water - how to find a slow leak?

NW Washington
We had a leak between the water meter and our house here in town. The plumber would not tackle the job unless we knew where the leak was located and it was not obvious. So we call the leak detector company from 60 miles away and for a $500 show up fee some young guy comes out and pinpointed the leak in about 20 minutes. I am not sure how he did it, but he hooked some wires to a pipe close to where the line enters the house.
He also had a slick credit card reader for his cell phone too to take a quick $500 plus tax.

Here is the leak finder we used. Maybe they have an Australian branch. https://www.americanleakdetection.com/
