NW Missouri | Because this will probably be the only chance you'll ever have to buy it.
In that boat myself right now. I personally don't know that right now is a good time to be buying land. But I'm closing on a farm next week. I gave more than I thought it was worth, but it lays right against us and I drive past it every day. This will probably be the only opportunity I'll ever have to buy it. No one outside of my family is going to have another chance at it until after I'm dead.
