I guess folks should get busy selling land now since taxes are more favorable now than what it may appear to be later.
If that’s your take away, go for it, I guess. Not really relevant to this conversation though since this whole thread is about what a person would do with cash today, not land ownership. Going there brings market timing, step up in basis, and a bunch of other baggage into the conversation that IMO we don’t need clouding things up right now.
If it’s just a snarky BS reply, then coup also had a point when he said your replies weren’t contributing anything to the conversation.
