NW IA | I guess I just found it funny that the researcher in the YouTube interview pointed out all of the positive results of the keto diet, and then goes on to say it won't work long term. This is a common response from naysayers, "You can lose a lot of weight on keto and get your blood sugar problem under control, but you can't do it forever, and you need tons of fruit and fiber to be healthy."
The comments section was nearly 100% dominated by people committed to the keto lifestyle. | |
