For me, I have an unlimited supply of meat. I enjoy the cattle and if someone doesn’t want to pay me top dollar to put it in their freezer, I’ll stick it in mine. That’s about the only tangible “pay” I get from the cattle anyway.

I like breads and potatoes for sides normally. Not sure what I would even eat if I didn’t have a freezer full of meat. Meat from the store tastes like you fed the cows used cooking oil or something.

What do you guys eat for sides or a meal that’s not 90% meat?

I’m craving a chicken fry steak, how do ya do that? I have been using olive oil for frying for a good while now so I assume that’s ok if I can find something to bread it with.
