Call Mayo. It is just up the road from you. Do not dawdle. The longer you leave it, the poorer chance of good recovery. I have had both done.I left the Right shoulder go too long and there is a spot where it is not real strong but no pain and fully functional with no restrictions. Left is probably close to 100 % back to normal but I was more timely to have surgery. same- no pain, no restrictions. Ask the Dr's at Mayo how many shoulders they do in a month-lots and lots. Very few surprises for them-they see it all and are on the front edge of new procedures. Therapy after will be very important.

I called mayo too. Sent the MRI to them for evaluation, after local orthopedic surgeon expressed doubts about success. Sports Medicine department is where you call if not referred.

Very satisfied with the results.
