| I have had both shoulders fixed, and would do it again if needed. Both are 100%. Had to do therapy on the first one before they would go further. I asked the therapist, if it is torn, how will therapy fix it? She said "it won't".
You will have to therapy afterward, that is very important.
Dr said I could get it fixed or let it go and have limited use of it. The second one I did wait almost a year to do it in the off season. Pain mostly went away, except it woke me up at night sometimes, and I couldn't raise my arm above shoulder level. | |
