Unless this some kind of “I just have to deal”, get rid of this tractor and buy a better one. The rest of this tractor will be no better than the engine already is and you will NEVER need this education. Chances are that 7000 hours are on the second or third hour meter and the engine block will be rotted out in the o-ring sleeve area. You do what you want, but you been told.
