With that amount of time and temps, the baby's should have been above 200 degrees for sure.


So makes me wonder about your thermometer or Treager? Treager Pro you'd think would behave as long as it wasn't out in the wind.



And plus one for St. Louis ribs. Love the Baby's, but they're just too expensive in our little town store.
