Georgetown, Illinois | I use the same method for my Little Texas treager. I put mustard,worcestershire, and apple wine on the ribs and then rub. smoke at 150 for 2 hrs. Foil with bbq sauce, then brown sugar, then honey, fold add apple wine. cook at 250 for about 2 hrs.
I also put apple wine on the rack of the smoker. I take them out put in cooler for 2 hrs and then I cut them and put them in a crock pot with the juice from the foiled ribs. If I need to add apple wine. | |
