Yes, tank is 3 years old. Might even be under warranty if the guy that put it in could find the receipt.
I was told about old tanks not having bladders from an old guy whose dad was a plumber, and this guy worked for rural water for years, so I'd think he would know. Not sure how far back he was talking, but he said mine could be made to work like it was. But I've given up trying.
