I wish they'd place a charge on McDonald's bag, boxes and cups. I'm tired of those ending up in our fields and lawn.
The charge would then be paid to land owners along public roads.
I used to work for a guy that framed about 6 miles from town. He kept the ditches mowed and well groomed. I can almost guarantee you the average person takes about that distance to eat the food, snacks, etc. Had to keep a bucket on the mower for all the garbage.
