This ban is aimed at plastic cups, straws, plastic forks and spoons, etc. I hope biodegradable corn plastics will fill this need.

I wonder what they do about those little keurig pods?


Some pods now are recycled...Agree with biodegradable corn plastic. Worst for me is u buy anything at Walmart made in China and comes sealed in big plastic package.Our county has a recyclying program , but, at times I question running a diesel truck in a rural area picking up pop cans is any gain. & most people are ignorant about recycling and toss crap in that should not be there so after its sorted half of the picked up up stuff goes to landfill....Very little value in cardboard or paper ...And sometimes all that plastic junk gets shipped to poor asian countries to pollute tthem
