The name is "Valor Tank Cleaner". It is a Sodium Hydroxide cleaner that is 15-30% solution instead of the 3-5% stuff from Loveland that I was using. It is some harsh stuff. Spraying it through the booms last night to let them soak and got a little to close to the mist and took my breath away.
