ec. nebr. | My Dad had one for several yrs. It was adjustable. Towards the end he had it on full high. It works, but the body gets used to it and it no longer helped him. Then went with an implant in the tummy area with a morphine pump. Had to go back to Dr. several times at first for rate settings and product concentration. Needed refilled every so often which was another trip to the Dr. Also changing the concentration higher as time went on. Same outcome as the stimulator. Over time the body adjust to the meds. It slowly did not work as well as at the start. Life sucks in pain. | |
