Pittsburg, Kansas | A few times a year I will purposely have some extra carbs just to see how my insulin and blood sugar reponds. It usually is not a big deal for me. Will spike my blood sugar for a while but come back down.
My wife on the other hand can tell when she has had something that does not agree with her. I seem to be more tollerant in that respect. With me it is my blood sugar and diabetes that keeps me pretty strict. With her it is how she feels as she is not diabetic.
