Have been on low carb diet and lost 30 lb in last 3 months but not sure that has helped much with back pain. Had spinal ablations in Dec 21 and Jan 22. Ablations helped with pain but did not completely cure it. Am able to walk and stand longer than before but pain still limits what I can do quite a bit. Am hoping the spinal stimulator will give further improvement.
