A recession is probably considered normal times.

I would consider 2010-2020 pretty normal, tail end of the 08 crash and possibly part of the recession that followed.

2020-2022 is inflationary due to catching up with trendline, plus the money handouts, plus the supply issues.

Just wait till supply exceeds demand, handouts stop, and trendline is greatly exceeded.
