Used vehicle prices were up 34 percent last year, wages had little or nothing to do with that. Wages are a factor in inflation but not the driver of inflation. How many hours does a beet truck driver get in in the fall?

Automation touches everything we do not just manufacturing, have you walked into a bank lately there is less than half the employees of just 10 or 15 years ago. Target runs 10 self checkout lines with 1 person watching them. Here is a perfect example of modernization, liquor store puts in a beer cave, the distributor drops the beer off on pallets, sets it into the beer cave, coustermers walk into beer cave grab a couple cases go to self checkout insert drivers license into computer uses facial recognition determines legal to buy and you check out. Saved labor for distributor, shelf stocker, and checkout. Automation just eliminated three jobs, or at least lessened the labor time input.
