| Only good thing i liked about the early eighties was
When Regan told the air traffic controllers to go back to work or they didnt have a job .
I seen guys pass up deals in the mid 70’s cause thought land was too expansive.
I also saw guys make good moves in early 70’s and another buy in 78 that put some under in the eighties .
A saying i heard a lot back than was
“ A man never got ahead without sticking his neck out “
and
“ fortune favors the brave “
