I've got both and like having both. If I was 60, I'd probably feel a bit different, but long haul I like having some in the stock market. Last couple years idk where you could get better returns. One of the funds I have money in was up almost 30% year to date the last I checked. Also like having a couple rental houses too although someday they may get turned into a farm.
