It hasn't been every week but when covid surges it gets bad and when it gets in the staff it gets even worse she is afraid what mandatory vaccination will lead too
She is in administration so her phone rings all hours of the day and she still has to do her paperwork plus now pulling shifts working the floor
She cares to much to quit
Staffing is part of her job and there is a lack of skilled help
Sounds like you are having a hard time getting your stories straight. First you said she worked 6 doubles per week. Now you have backed off that story.
BTW have a daughter that is a nurse @ hospital for close to 20 years, that has been short of nurses long before Covid. They make it work without all the drama .
