Sw wi | It hasn't been every week but when covid surges it gets bad and when it gets in the staff it gets even worse she is afraid what mandatory vaccination will lead too
She is in administration so her phone rings all hours of the day and she still has to do her paperwork plus now pulling shifts working the floor
She cares to much to quit
Staffing is part of her job and there is a lack of skilled help
