| Berd, don't take this the wrong way. But in regards to marketing. Statistically he is right and this is coming from someone that has lost both a friend to covid and to a close college friend in 2009 to the h1n1 in 2009.
I have a SIL that is pulling over 80 hrs a week, because her business can't find any employees at her family's business. My neighbor just showed me his check stub. 106hrs for a 1 week at a natural gas company because they are short staffed. Same with another friends that's in underground utilities (currently 50% staffed).
Go to any retail, food, amenity joint around here and they all have "Hiring" signs offering $15 plus /hr.
However, the local Lowes, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Home Depot were all probably 90% full parking lots today. | |
